Revolutionizing Filmmaking: Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2, the Camera You've Been Waiting For

Now, the company has introduced an upgraded version of the original 6K model. This G2 version inherits some of the advanced features of 6K Pro and also comes with the new Blackmagic Camera 7.9 software.

Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 Features

In fact, the two cameras share the same Super 35 sensor (6144 x 3456 pixels), dual native ISO capabilities, a Canon EF lens mount, recording formats (both BRAW and ProRes), and I/O connections. Finally, battery life has also been improved. In fact, the camera now takes the larger NP-F570 batteries. Just like the 6K Pro, it is compatible with the additional Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera Battery Pro Grip for longer power time.
